Overview
We are looking a technical support engineer
Requirements
- On-site support knowledge (at least 2 years)
- Ability to handle office applications (Microsoft 365)
- IT inventory management experience
- Knowledge of ticket management tool such as Service Now is desirable
- Experience with various types of users (managers, VIPs, sales, etc.)
- Good communication, teamwork and attitude.
- It is desirable that you have good knowledge of wired and wireless networks

- Location: Av. Tambore, 267 - Térreo - Tamboré, Barueri - SP, 06400 Brazil
- Work Model: On Site
- Schedule: 8am to 5pm or 9am or 6pm
- Language: English and Portuguese
- Contract: 2 Months.
