Overview

We are looking a technical support engineer

Requirements

  • On-site support knowledge (at least 2 years)
  • Ability to handle office applications (Microsoft 365)
  • IT inventory management experience
  • Knowledge of ticket management tool such as Service Now is desirable
  • Experience with various types of users (managers, VIPs, sales, etc.)
  • Good communication, teamwork and attitude.
  • It is desirable that you have good knowledge of wired and wireless networks

  • Location: Av. Tambore, 267 - Térreo - Tamboré, Barueri - SP, 06400 Brazil
  • Work Model: On Site
  • Schedule: 8am to 5pm or 9am or 6pm
  • Language: English and Portuguese
  • Contract: 2 Months.
