Role Purpose:
To deliver world-class, round-the-clock technical support and proactive system monitoring as
part of 24/7 global Service Operations function. The role ensures business-
critical platforms remain stable, secure, and fully operational — minimising disruption and
maximising client satisfaction.
The engineer acts as the first line of technical defence, responding to incidents, resolving
issues, and implementing controlled changes while continuously improving service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• 24/7 Monitoring and Response: Maintain constant visibility across monitoring tools, triaging
and resolving alerts swiftly to prevent or minimise service disruption.
• Incident and Major Incident Management: Take ownership of incidents from detection to
resolution, ensuring clear, timely communication and accurate documentation.
