Your mission as our Technical Support Engineer Hero will be to:
- Resolve incidents raised by clients, including both integration and production issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the proper functioning of Softquo Holding products.
- Utilise the internal tools to escalate issues to the next level.
