Experience: 3+
Responsibilities
- OPERA installation on client systems
- User login ID creation and access management
- Interface handling and troubleshooting
- User maintenance and printer configuration in OPERA
- Experience with FCS Server and Mail Server management
- Knowledge of VMware (virtual machines setup & support)
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
- MICROS workstation setup and configuration
- KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) printer configuration
- RMC installation and icon creation
- MICROS card creation and management
- Windows Server 2012 and above – Active Directory user and group management
