Skills: OPERA PMS, Property Management Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Micros workstation, Domain Name System (DNS), WIFI Access, End User Support

Experience: 3+

Responsibilities

  • OPERA installation on client systems
  • User login ID creation and access management
  • Interface handling and troubleshooting
  • User maintenance and printer configuration in OPERA
  • Experience with FCS Server and Mail Server management
  • Knowledge of VMware (virtual machines setup & support)
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server
  • MICROS workstation setup and configuration
  • KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) printer configuration
  • RMC installation and icon creation
  • MICROS card creation and management
  • Windows Server 2012 and above – Active Directory user and group management
