Job Summary

We are looking for a  Senior Technical Support Engineer  with experience in API development and customer support. Our client is one of the biggest international companies located in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to partners building new API integrations that enable the exchange of data between external applications and Indeed’s solutions.
  • Support partners via email and/or virtual meetings through planning, implementation and
  • delivery of new API integrations, resolving any issues that arise at any stage to ensure fast and quality delivery of data.

  • Troubleshoot issues of new and existing partner integrations, collaborating internally with Indeed Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services teams.
  • Skills Required:

  • Native level of Japanese (N1 or Above)
  • API development experience if not but JavaScript coding skills since they would understand how API works.
  • Experience working with or for external customers and clients through email, meetings, or do presentations (not just internal facing).
