**Your**Job**
Serves as a local operations relationship point of contact and technical resource for hardware and software support in installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Operations Technology within the assigned location.
The job holder must be capable of making site level decisions in relationship to the OT and IT infrastructure. The role will require to work independently at the location. Contact and communication with management will be on an as-needed-basis or during bi-weekly meetings. The individual is responsible for service level metrics associated with the service desk, budget metrics for the site, as well as other OTIT related processes (shop floor, security, patching, software distribution, asset management). This job will be responsible for all OTIT users and systems at the assigned location.
