Technical Support Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

MAG is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide expert support for our suite of security products, including Access Control, Visitor Management, CCTV Integration Platforms, and Control Access Solutions. This role is primarily responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, ensuring system stability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The Support Engineer will focus on diagnosing, testing, resolving technical issues, and delivering training and documentation. As part of their growth path, they will develop expertise in Gate systems and become a Gate specialist.
