We're hiring: Technical Support Engineer (Part-Time, Remote)
IMC Technologies Inc. (Geneva, Switzerland) is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to support our video production workflow solutions for broadcast, news, sports, and corporate media.
What you'll do:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
• Work directly with clients to resolve problems and improve user experience
• Handle integrations with NRCs playout servers and Adobe project management
• Document issues and contribute to continuous process improvement
What we're looking for:
• Experience in technical/customer support
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently (remote)
• Bonus: familiarity with video production workflows
