Technical Support Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for customers and field service teams. This role will act as the primary escalation point for complex laser system issues, supporting diagnosis, performance optimization, and long-term system reliability.

The position combines remote support, occasional on-site intervention, and close collaboration with Test & Integration, Quality, Repair Centre, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for CO₂ laser systems via phone, email, and remote access.

Manage technical support cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

Support Field Service Engineers and customers with system optimization and best operating practices.
