We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our GITOPS team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and the end‑user experience. You are responsible for the hands‑on administration of our device fleet (Mac, Windows, Linux) and our core SaaS stack. You don’t just fix problems; you build the systems—through MDM and automation—that prevent problems from occurring in the first place.
We are looking for a technical powerhouse who believes that a “smooth experience” is the ultimate goal of IT.
