We are looking for a proactive and skilled technical support Engineer

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support for market products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct services: fault diagnosis, product replacement, system upgrades, and routine visits.
  • Deliver training for distributors and installers on product usage, troubleshooting, and after-sales procedures.
  • Collect and report product faults, escalate major quality issues, and work closely with HQ to improve product quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation and daily work reports, following company policies.
