Role Summary
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to help our merchants and customers run smooth, reliable payment operations. You will be the first line of defense when something breaks, the bridge between users and engineers, and a key part of how we deliver a world class support experience.
This role is fast paced, highly impactful, and deeply technical. You will work closely with product and engineering to resolve issues quickly, identify patterns, and improve the system over time.
What you will do
- Own customer and merchant issues across Intercom, Discord, Slack, and Email
- Respond within defined SLAs and actively work to improve response and resolution times
- Investigate payment failures, webhook issues, integration bugs, and platform errors
- Debug using logs, dashboards, and basic scripts to find root cause
