Technical Support Engineer

At Traefik Labs, we don’t just close tickets. We solve the complex infrastructure puzzles that power the modern web. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who lives and breathes cloud-native ecosystems. This role is for someone who loves diving deep into Kubernetes, understands the nuances of Ingress Controllers, API Gateways, and API Management, and wants to contribute directly to a massive Open Source ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Kubernetes, Traefik, Docker, deep understanding of Infrastructure
• Excellent English – Fluency is non-negotiable
• Radically customer-centric mindset – Enjoy helping people solve technical blockers
• EST time zone compatibility
• Late Shift / On‑Call model with a 1‑in‑3 weekend rotation
