Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-sales technical support and consultation to customers regarding product installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues through remote and on-site support to ensure stable product performance.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and technical issues, and coordinate with internal teams to support product improvement.
  • Assist with product repair, commissioning, configuration, and customer training.
  • Document solutions and build a technical knowledge base to improve support efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Min 3 years Technical Support Experience in Electronics Industries
  • With Process & Application knowledge will be added advantage
  • Related knowledge & experience in SMT Electronic Industries for SMT Equipment, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Selective etc.
