Product Support Representative who can apply the knowledge of Ring Central services, VOIP technology and networking hardware and software. Provide technical support to Ring Central’s customers.
Troubleshoot and repair Ring Central’s solutions. Understand network architecture required to support Ring Central’s Vo IP services.
Recommend network hardware, software and design elements.
