Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will log and resolve technical support calls when received by the Service Desk Team. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ensure issues are escalated to the appropriate teams. You will adhere to the defined KPIs and SLAs for our clients to maintain TSL reputation and strengthen client relationships.
