Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pre‑sales and after‑sales technical support, including supporting customers in development of sales opportunities, technical support during project delivery and commissioning, and after‑sales support after delivery.
• Timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
