Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge to support customers, resolve technical issues, and contribute to documentation, diagnostics, and product improvement. This role requires strong communication skills in both French and English , along with the ability to analyze problems, propose technical solutions, and support internal teams.
Pay Rate: From $43.32/hr
Hours: Monday–Friday (Flexible start: 7:00–9:00 AM)
Travel: Occasional travel for training or customer visits; must be able to travel between the U.S. and Canada.
