Job Description
What You'll Do
- Provide regional technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
- Manage customer complaints, including RMA coordination and 8D reporting
- Conduct technical training, seminars, and product support for customers and internal sales teams
- Advise customers on component usage, applications, and production process best practices
- Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and reports
- Support ad-hoc technical tasks as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and support online seminars, training sessions, and technical documentation
- Able to work independently with FAE support
