What You'll Do

  • Provide regional technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
  • Manage customer complaints, including RMA coordination and 8D reporting
  • Conduct technical training, seminars, and product support for customers and internal sales teams
  • Advise customers on component usage, applications, and production process best practices
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and reports
  • Support ad-hoc technical tasks as assigned

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support, RMA handling, or electronics-related roles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and support online seminars, training sessions, and technical documentation
  • Able to work independently with FAE support
