Technical Support Engineer

Our client is global MNC, manufacturer of ventilation systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Application Engineer to be part of their Technical Sales Support Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.

Duties of Application Engineer:

• Execute project-related tasks, including identifying project opportunities, verifying warranty claims on-site, performing spot measurements for EC fans and digital systems, and supervising digital/retrofit project implementations.
• Provide technical support by addressing customer enquiries on Intelligate Mesh, IoT platforms, cloud systems, Modbus RTU, FanScout, and other digital solution tools.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as risk assessments, method of statement, scheduling plans, and permit-to-work submissions for both on-site and off-site activities.
• Support digital solution deployments, including smart ventilation systems, cloud integration via MQTT, and on-site configuration of connected devices.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and key accounts during project execution, while managing and servicing existing customers to ensure strong relationships and continued growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering field
• 2 -3 years of techical sales support experience in ACMV
• Comfortable with rotating shifts (6 days work week)
