Job Description
NBIM is looking for a new team member to join our 4-person Service Desk team supporting 400 staff members in Oslo. This is a dynamic environment with high walk-up traffic where you'll work alongside an established, autonomous team. You are a technical generalist and customer-focused expert with a genuine problem-solver mindset and experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS, hardware, and software issues.
The right person should have a resourceful mindset, keen to learn and seek information from online resources and collaborate within the wider Technology department. You will take ownership of an incident from start to finish—not just triaging tickets, but being curious about each one, learning from it, and seeking help from supporting Technology teams to continuously grow your skills. We offer a comprehensive 3 month induction period with regular management check-ins to ensure you're well-equipped and supported as you develop.
