Job Description
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing remote and on-site technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; escalate complex cases with clear technical analysis.
- Perform system deployment, commissioning, testing, and customer training.
- Conduct application testing, evaluations, and proof-of-concept (POC) trials.
- Prepare basic technical documentation and service reports.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams and travel as required for customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine vision, industrial automation, technical support or field service engineering.
- Solid understanding of machine vision fundamentals: cameras, lenses, lighting, image sensors, and image processing concepts.
