Technical Support Engineer - Platform Technologies (Hybrid - Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Executive for a large, global B2B Software company. This role will be responsible for managing and resolving the most challenging issues for the ServiceNow Platform. This includes being the First last point of escalation within the technical support department and mentoring, working with other junior team members in the various technologies.
This is a 12-month project (Extension or Conversion to FTE Possible), 40 hours per week, hybrid role, 2 days onsite at Client’s office in Santa Clara, CA.
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Must be able and willing to work outside of normal business hours (evening/weekend shifts, holidays) as needed.
Must be a US citizen or a green card holder.
