Responsibilities for TSE:

  • Be the go-to expert for resolving escalated technical puzzles that Tier I couldn’t crack
  • Deliver outstanding, human-focused customer support—whether that’s over email, by phone, or in remote troubleshooting sessions
  • Partner with engineering and product squads to squash bugs and make the tech better for everyone
  • Requirements for TSE:

  • 3+ years battling the front lines of technical support
