As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Technical Support Engineer to support our growing operations in Europe.
Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials. Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or above) or native proficiency is mandatory, English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
