Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Proactively learning about products and technology from the headquarter, understanding end customers' requirements, and conducting comparisons to provide value-added solutions and effectively approaching customers.
• Participate in exhibitions and conduct technical presentations for customers and distributors.
• Participate in technical evaluations, use data to provide convincing reports, and deliver strong PPT presentations.
• Provide consultation services to customers and distributors regarding AOI programming, remotely via TeamViewer or on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
• Write detailed reports of encountered problems, tests performed, and work completed.
• Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement necessary corrective actions.
