Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues reported by customers. Provide timely technical support via email, phone, chat, or remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Anydesk, etc.). Document solutions in the knowledge base and update troubleshooting guides. Escalate complex issues to development/engineering teams and track resolutions. Train customers on product features and best practices. Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
