Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist our customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing support via phone, email, chat and on-site.
Diagnosing and fixing software and hardware problems.
Assisting customers / dealers with product setup and configuration.
Communicate with customers / dealers regarding aftersales issues.
Documenting issues and solutions in our knowledge base.
Collaborating with engineering teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Conducting training sessions for customers / dealers on product features.
Monitoring systems to proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Computer Sciences or IT. However, those with Electrical, Biomedical, Electronic Engineering Degree are also encouraged to apply.
