Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our client in the chemical manufacturing industry to be responsible for providing technical expertise and application support to drive the growth of the engineering plastics business regionally. This role supports customers and internal stakeholders through material evaluation, application development, failure analysis, and technical solutions, working closely with Commercial and R&D teams & require someone with a strong plastic injection molding background.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers and internal commercial teams, including technical data, material selection guidance, and competitor grade benchmarking for pre-sales and after-sales activities.
Deliver comprehensive technical solutions beyond material supply, including tooling recommendations, part design analysis, CAE simulations, and injection molding support.
