Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Executive at Cedro Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to oversee and manage the repair and maintenance of coffee machines (on site and off site), ensuring the efficient resolution of technical issues and providing exceptional customer support with a sales mindset. The Technical Support Executive will also work closely with customers and the corporate office to provide troubleshooting, training and guidance on coffee machine operation and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide hands‑on technical support for troubleshooting and repairing coffee machines, both in person and remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, and other related equipment.
  • Schedule and prioritize repair requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service calls and liaise with suppliers or manufacturers for spare‑part items.
