Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Technical Support Executive. The role involves providing technical and customer support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient communication to resolve customer inquiries. You will work closely with the team to identify and solve technical challenges, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to improving support processes in alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, assess solutions, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and experience working with restaurant-focused technology solutions are a plus.
