We're looking for a passionate professional to join a Silicon Valley company with a Global Support organization that provides technical Product Support services to customers and internal teams. Your primary focus is being the first technical point of contact helping to debug and solve problems that may arise while implementing complex solutions by external and internal customers using the company products.
