Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for English presale inquiries through chat, phone, and email.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify service-related needs and offer the most suitable solutions, ensuring world-class customer service.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic troubleshooting issues.
  • Offer solutions and resources for resolving customer concerns.
  • Engage with customers via phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration.
  • Escalate relevant technical issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
