Responsibilities:
- Provide support for English presale inquiries through chat, phone, and email.
- Collaborate with customers to identify service-related needs and offer the most suitable solutions, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve basic troubleshooting issues.
- Offer solutions and resources for resolving customer concerns.
- Engage with customers via phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration.
- Escalate relevant technical issues to higher-level technical support when necessary.
