Job Description
Reporting to the Site Operations Director, you will:
Lead the Technical Support and Process Engineering function at the manufacturing site.Support manufacturing, quality assurance, process safety, projects, and new product introduction activities.Act as a key interface between site operations and global technical and R&D teams.Drive technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and design of experiments.Support technology transfer initiatives and participate in critical technical decision-making forums.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, audits, HAZOP, OHSAS, and sustainability standards.Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and case analyses for senior stakeholders.Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical engineers.The Successful Applicant
Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.Brings strong experience in hazardous or highly regulated chemical manufacturing environments.Demonstrates deep understanding of EHS systems and process safety leadership.Experienced in managing and developing qualified, senior technical teams.Well-versed in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights.Comfortable operating independently in a remote site environment with high accountability.
