Job Description
As we continue to grow and extend our product offering and technical support capabilities, we are in need of adding a Technical Support Manager , who will report to the Vice President of Engineering.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical and application support as well as daily task management to the resistor engineering and technical customer support teams. This is an on-site position at our Mississauga location.
The daily functions of the Technical Support Manager include but are not limited to:
- Provide product, application training, technical support and daily management to the customer technical support team.
- Provide technical and application support to marketing in preparation of technical presentations, brochures, manuals etc.
- Provide technical support and daily management to the resistor engineering team and establish best practices for the design of all resistor based products. ...
