  • Lead & Develop Team – Mentor engineers, build skills, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Ensure fast, effective installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Operational Performance – Drive improvements in KPIs: response time, uptime, MTBF, and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Revenue – Achieve service revenue targets through efficient resource use, service contracts, and upselling opportunities.
  • Escalation Handling – Manage complex technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
