Set up, operate, and troubleshoot printers, photocopy machines , and binding equipment.
Fix basic issues such as paper jams, print errors, and connection problems.
Replace consumables like toner, ink, and binding materials.
Set up and assist with projectors for meetings and presentations.
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Assist users with proper machine operation.
Monitor supplies and report low stock or equipment issues.
