Job Description

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot printers, photocopy machines , and binding equipment.

  • Fix basic issues such as paper jams, print errors, and connection problems.

  • Replace consumables like toner, ink, and binding materials.

  • Set up and assist with projectors for meetings and presentations.

  • Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment.

  • Assist users with proper machine operation.

  • Monitor supplies and report low stock or equipment issues.
