Technical Support

Job Qualifications:

• Configuration and Deployment of New and Existing computers (Imaging, Patch Update, Network Connectivity)
• Assist users on specific IT hardware and software applications (limited to Windows OS, MS Office, SharePoint and other Office 365 related apps)
• Network Connectivity assistance (troubleshoot basic IT network concerns)
• Conduct IT asset tasks as part of IT asset management (IT Asset Inventory, receiving deliveries, maintenance, disposal, deploy and track IT equipment)
• Participate and collaborate on projects as duly assigned and related to IT initiative
• Engineers supports Level 2 end-user support and IT asset management 10. Engineers provide technical support and IT asset tasks for onsite or remote users (includes timely resolution of user inquiries)
• Engineers provide support and attend calls/concerns via different channels such as text, call, email, collaboration and IT ticketing tools
