Key Responsibilities: Undertake technical assessments of housing scheme applications, considering design compliance, costs, and value for money. Conduct pre-assessment discussions with Housing Association partners to facilitate timely scheme approvals. Provide technical advice and assessment in response to queries from external partners (HA’s/DfC/DoF) and NIHE colleagues. Audit completed SHDP-funded new-build schemes to ensure compliance with approved proposals, including site visits and As-Built drawing checks.
