About the role


We are looking for a Technical Support Officer – Specification to join our Perth-based team. This is a senior, hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex specification challenges, working closely with architects and consultants, and mentoring others.


You will be a subject matter expert in door hardware scheduling, providing high-level technical support across complex projects while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, the Building Code of Australia, and client requirements. You’ll also play a key role in developing capability within the specification team and supporting strong project outcomes.
