The role includes responding to service requests, installing and configuring systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations.

Job Requirements

• Any similar hands‑on experience in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking basics (LAN/WiFi), and antivirus tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
