Responsibilities

  • Prepares, schedules, coordinates, and monitors assigned engineering projects.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and performance specifications.
  • Interacts daily with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and represent them on-site.
  • Monitors overall project control, including work schedules, manpower assignments, and tool scheduling; provides regular updates on project status.
  • Conducts initial evaluations of manpower requirements for the project, including the need for skilled and non-skilled workers.
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with the Project Manager, Project In-Charge, Site Engineer, and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Reviews project deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
