Your Mission

  • Serve as the central interface between Service Operations and our customers: manage the hotline, handle the mailbox, and receive, qualify, and process requests from customers, administration, sales, and engineers across the Nordic/Baltic region.
  • Coordinate service activities in our ERP system by creating notifications, dispatching work orders and processing spare-parts orders, including returns after service visits.
