Job Description

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality customer service and supporting continuous improvement of products and services through collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

1. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PC hardware, OS imaging/mirroring, and peripheral troubleshooting.

2. Network Basics: Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting (IP configuration, DHCP, Ping tests).

3. Physical Readiness: Must be willing to perform physical tasks (lifting/moving equipment) and travel to various store sites.

4. Reporting: Proficient in documenting tasks and creating weekly accomplishment reports.
