Job Description

We're partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Representative for FinTech platform, to join their team in Portugal, fully remote from anywhere.
Your Role
Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary
Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively.
Your Qualifications
Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong understanding of MySQL
Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
