Job Description

The Technical Support Staff is responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of technical systems like CCTV, PABX, and other related equipment. The role ensures the proper functioning of systems, provides client support, and maintains compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure Analog/IP CCTV and other auxiliary systems such as PABX, paging systems, access points, biometrics, access control, structured cabling, and other related systems according to client specifications and requirements.
  • Test, terminate, label, and document horizontal backbone and other cables.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance of systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
  • Perform site surveys/ocular inspections and provide technical recommendations for the preparation of quotations.
