Position Overview

As a Technical Support Representative , you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving common technical issues related to app configuration, workflows, data sources, device-specific behavior, and platform integrations. You will guide customers through platform setup, provide troubleshooting assistance, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level teams. Additionally, you will contribute to creating internal documentation and knowledge base content to support both customers and internal teams.
