Overview

Technical Support Representative role: provide technical/service assistance and answers users questions, guiding or educating them on how to use Lofty platform.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve all issues sent by client through email, call, and chat.
  • Leverage product knowledge, help center, and Confluence to best resolve issues.
  • Act as the middle person between client and internal team if JIRA ticket is created.
  • Follow up on all unresolved tickets and ensure delivery of resolution within 3 days.
  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Upsell leaden or add-on from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year relevant experience in TSR.
  • Willing to do onsite work and night shift.
