**Your role and responsibilities**
* Person should be responsible for administration & management Load Balancer such as F5, Radware, etc.

* Managing complete administration including but not limited of creation, modification of rules and configuration, system upgrades.
* Handling escalated calls and providing SME support on above technologies.
* On-boarding of new applications on Load Balancer, SSLO, WAF, etc. and handle critical issues for the same.
* Single point of contact for above mentioned technologies.
* Incident management & timely escalation of incident.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Min 3+ years of industry experience on managing various load balancers such as F5, Radware, etc. and WAF knowledge and working experience would be added advantage.
· Assist is creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA) with Level 3 engineers
· Performance tuning of Load Balancer, WAF, Firewall etc Network security devices
· Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket Priority/Severity and Adhere to the ITIL process with zero noncompliance.
· Extensive knowledge of web technologies and concepts
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
· Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
· Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
· One or more security certifications: CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, OEM Certification Cisco, F5, Imperva etc
